Cloud migration timelines vary significantly based on environment complexity, workload count, and migration strategy. A focused lift-and-shift of 20–50 workloads typically takes 8–16 weeks. A phased enterprise migration covering 100+ workloads with re-platforming and re-architecture work typically runs 6–18 months. We always start with a Cloud Readiness Assessment (2–5 days) that produces a detailed wave plan with realistic timelines, risk assessment, and dependencies mapped before any migration work begins.

Our Cloud Readiness Assessment is a 2–5 day engagement that covers: infrastructure inventory and dependency mapping, application portfolio analysis (migrate / retire / retain decisions), security and compliance posture review, network architecture assessment, current cost baseline and cloud TCO analysis, data residency and regulatory requirements mapping, and a recommended cloud migration roadmap with wave planning. The output is a detailed assessment report and roadmap presentation to your leadership team. This assessment is offered free of charge for qualified enterprise prospects.

Our onboarding process includes a thorough architecture review and documentation of your existing environment before we begin operations. We frequently identify and remediate security gaps, cost inefficiencies, and architecture issues during the onboarding phase — often delivering immediate value within the first month of engagement.

Our CloudCare™ SLAs vary by tier and incident severity. For the Enterprise tier: P1 (Critical/Production Down) — acknowledged <15 minutes, resolution target <4 hours; P2 (High/Degraded) — acknowledged <30 minutes; P3 (Medium) — acknowledged <2 hours; P4 (Low) — acknowledged <8 hours. Professional tier: P1 acknowledged <30 minutes. All SLAs are contractually guaranteed with clear definitions, escalation paths, and monthly SLA reports provided through the customer portal.
